There is a cycle (occurring with the Awakened Collective) of grieving the old ways, and with that comes the grieving of those who are not yet able to understand where we are going and why there is such a change. There is pain associated with the both the loss of connection and with the disappointment that the broader human collective is not further along in it’s awakening process.
The Arcturian Council addresses those emotions here. See below.

You will be judged. The fires of change are difficult as we set ablaze the old rules, the old principles, the old stigmas… in favor of the truth. You will be judged, but you must figure out how to love unconditionally those who judge you. It is imperative because you cannot take resentment and anger into that which you seek to build. It has got to fall away.
You have to figure it out within your body. Your cells have to figure it out. As the DNA molds and shapes itself into its new structure, it will assist in this. Consciously elect, consciously allow it to release… consciously give it permission to release… this pain caused by the judgement. This will aid in the process as well and expedite it.
And as you see the person or feel the persons energy who is judging you for not participating in the comparisons, in the polarity… in other words pitting one thing against the other… As you are judged for seeing the beauty in everything and maintaining yourself amidst it, understanding the truth in everything and not backing down… As you are judged for this, you must SEE the person who is judging you, truly see them… you must SEE more in them than what they see. That is what a Healer IS. You must see beyond the mask of their judgment. The one who has wronged you, you must see beyond their actions… Ones who have wronged many… You must see beyond their actions, even beyond their motives.
Non-judgment is not selective. Non-judgement means seeing the truth. It means discerning the truth and being aware of it and holding it fast within you… but yet flying above it and ever moving upwards so that you can pull those people up with you into higher frequencies. If you are tethered to those people, those energies, through the judgments and the criticisms… and harboring the anger within you, harboring the passion of anger and prejudice and resentment within you… then you cannot rise. And you defeat your own purpose and your own intention.
