Germany introduced a rule which stipulates that anyone who wants to enter an indoor restaurant or entertainment venue must either be fully vaccinated, or show proof they have recovered from the virus, or be able to show a negative test.
The country is set to end the current free COVID-testing on October 11. Berlin has seen a number of similar protests throughout the year, often led by members of the COVID-19 sceptic ‘Querdenken’ movement.
