March is an interesting period. Many things begin to change in our world– right from the weather to the energies and there is a significant momentum in these changes.

The Purusha of 2020 is very active and monitoring various activities around the Earth; The coronavirus outbreak, the potential new wars, political developments and the impact of new energies on humanity.

He is also involved in various important works for the betterment of our Earth. He is working hard to bring solutions to important pressing issues relating to our climate and recycling. Solutions for these issues are being anchored energetically which include new ways to deal with plastics and to tackle the issues relating to the carbon emissions. The anchored energies have the solutions and will lead to the physical scientific breakthroughs gradually. The benefits will then spread to the whole Earth.

The 2020 Purusha will oversee the energies of this month. They are spread into 3 parts of 10 days each. During the first part, it is the energies of March and initiating various new processes. The second 10 days will be focused on the energies of Mother Earth and the last 11 days will be anchoring of His own energies with the assistance of the Rishis.


Following is the technique to experience the energies of March –
Face North
Duration – 10 to 24 minutes

Begin with 7 rounds of Pranayama with bright light-Blue Light

Pray to the month to help you experience the energies and to guide you whenever necessary. Be open and receptive.

Then imagine bright light-Blue Light coming from the month of March and allow it to fill your entire body. Experience it for some time.

Then extend the same Light to all your struggles, health issues, blocks and issues like anxiety and worry. Imagine these aspects filling with Light and as the Meditation progress, getting dissolved into it.

Repeat the mantra “Om Tritiya Masa Shaktiyai, Agni Shanka Brahmaya Namaha” silently.

A general observation made by the 2020 Purusha is that a large percentage of humanity is living only in fear, anxiety and with stress. Even though humans are intelligent Beings, they do not apply themselves to overcome these. He is sad that greed and materialism is so dominant that it blinds everyone.

He is also surprised by the way humanity is dealing with the spread of Coronavirus. Many are attracting it because of the fear within. Of course we take precautions and be careful but we need not be in such a state of panic.

The overall attitudes like fear and control, intolerance and hatred present in individuals, societies and nations create the atmosphere for the spread of such epidemics. It has happened many times in the past couple of decades and will continue, till we learn for them and implement.

Though physical solutions will be found and implemented, the Spiritual solutions will be the real answer. For those of us who are in the Spiritual path, we are aware that the basics like loving ourselves unconditionally and embracing our fears and working on them, create a better energetic field. This will not attract such outbreaks.

The Rishis also mention that we need to absorb more Prana from Lord SuryaNarayana. Presently the lifestyle we lead does not help us connect to Him much. We are usually stressed and anxious which leads us to breathing less, which is a lower intake of Prana. Busy urban lives also do not enable us to be in the sun for long during the day, which is important for various functions of the body.

The Rishis advise practicing 25 rounds of Pranayama with bright Golden Light every day. This simple practice when done sincerely and regularly can improve our health and vitality immensely.

The Rishis also suggest the following technique that will help the individuals during such epidemic outbreaks. Please be sensible and also follow all the physical advices and precautions applicable at these times.

Begin with 3 rounds of Pranayama.

Mentally imagine dark-Pinkish Violet Light coming from above and allow this to fill you completely. Then let more Light fill the chest region and have a strong intent that the Light heals the fear, the power of attraction to the disease and the particular situation you are in.

Keep experiencing the Light for some time till you feel lighter within. Then imagine the Light to form a globe around you and imagine this Shield to protect you. Experience.

There is (no) mantra or direction to be followed.

The occasions of Holi, Equinox and Ugadhi this month are important. Make use of the energies as best as possible such that you can feel a difference in your Inner and there is a positive change.

The Special Days of March are—

9th March — Holi, Purnima

The festival of Holi is celebrated which is symbolised by colours. The Rishis explain that the multitude of colours actually symbolise the diverse spiritual characteristics of Divinity, Love, Oneness, Peace, Abundance and Acceptance.

On this occasion, Kama Dahana is also performed which is to consciously cleanse ourselves of the energies of the negative vices or the Arishadvargas. Each of the aspects weigh us down and influence our behaviour in a negative way. The energies present on this Full Moon Day help immensely towards cleansing these aspects.

Holi is also associated with removal of old things and energies and beginning of New projects. We will also be able to gather New energies and Light of this period and store them within.

Please practice the following technique after Moon rise on the 9th.

Face North
Duration – 1 hour
Practice anytime between 7pm and 10pm on 9th March, Monday.

Begin with 7 rounds of Pranayama with bright Golden Light

Then pray to Lord Agni Deva and to Lord Agni Brahma (manifested Universe) to help you burn the Arishtvargas within and then to experience the Light.

Then imagine a Homa Kunda in front of you. Pray to Agni Deva and to Agni Brahma to ignite the fire in it and to guide you through the process of burning the Arishatvargas, to get cleansed and then to experience the new energies and Light.

Gather the following aspects one by one (for about a minute) and then put it into the homa kunda. Have a strong intent that these are getting burned and you feel lighter within. Do not hurry with the process. Take your time.

  1. Kama – Lust
  2. Krodha – Anger, Rage and Fury
  3. Lobha – Greed and Miserliness
  4. Moha – Attachment and Possessiveness
  5. Madha – Arrogance
  6. Matsarya – Jealousy
  7. SvaPrashamsa – Self Praise

After this, for the remaining period, imagine dark-Navy Blue Light coming from above and allow it to fill your entire body gradually. Then imagine more of the Light to fill your chest region and imagine it to shine and radiate with the Light. Keep experiencing this throughout the Meditation.

Repeat the mantra “Om Antaryayai, Arishat Kramena, Neela Tejasayai Namaha” silently.

If the individual is interested, they can practice the above technique on a daily basis.

20th March — Equinox

Equinox is when the Sun is directly over the Equator. Many new energies are anchored to the Earth and new Astral projects are initiated on this day.

It will generally be an intense day with strong energies and it is very auspicious and good for Sadhana. The day will be vibrant and there will be a lot of fluctuations in the energies. Be open and receptive. The energies will help you establish a strong foundation for a lot of goodness. It also helps in cleansing and bringing clarity.

At the global level, the Pralaya period will be further tuned to the Divine’s Will, and the new energies will influence humanity to be more accepting and balance their lives. It will also shake up the old ways and conditionings and belief system and help us move towards better transparency.

Please practice the following technique on the occasion of Equinox

Face North
Duration – 1 hour

Begin with 7 rounds of Pranayama with bright Golden Light.

Then imagine bright Orangish-Golden Light coming from the Equinox formation and allow this to fill your completely. Experience for some time and imagine your body to be radiating and shining with the Light.

Then extend the same Light to your karmas and runas. Imagine them to get engulfed in the Light and dissolve into it.

Repeat the mantra “Om MahaVisuvaya, Iksha Prana Brahmaya Namaha” silently.

24th March — Amavasya

Amavasya energies have many subtle qualities to them. One of the aspects is that it helps us to let go. The energies help us to overcome our attachments and conditionings and overcome our rigidity. Consciously be aware of this and absorb these energies during the Meditation.

We also connect to our ancestors on this day and pay our regards and respects. Be open and receptive when doing so. We may receive messages and energies and they can helps us immensely a times.

On this day, be calm and composed and do minimal activity. Let the Amavasya energies not drain and dull our day. The energies of Ugadhi also begin to influence the day.

Practice the following technique on the occasion of Amavasya-

Face North
Duration – 1 hour

Begin with 12 rounds of Pranayama with bright Green Light

Imagine dark-Blue Light coming the Moon (Amavasya energies) and dark Pinkish-Green Light coming from your respective ancestors. Imagine these to fill you completely and experience for some time.

Then extend the same energies to your karmas and runas and imagine them to be absorb the energies and dissolve. Imagine the energies to also help you balance the different aspects of your life.

Repeat the mantra “Om Pitru Devata Shaktiyai, Agni-Tirtha Brahmaya Namaha” silently.

25th March — Ugadhi

Ugadhi is the Lunar New year. This Ugadhi will be unique and special. On this day, normally the Rishis invoke an amsha of MahaVishnu called the Ugadhi Purusha. This year on the request and initiative of the 2020 Purusha, a second Personality of Ugadhi will also be invoked. The 2020 Purusha wants the help and assistance of the second Purusha for his work.

The Purusha of 2020 is working very hard for bringing a balance on Earth and as much positivity as possible. He expresses that we are going through a very tough part of Pralaya and extra Divine help will make things better.

The first Ugadhi Purusha (as it happens every year) will bring down new energies relating to the New Year, initiate new beginnings and release energies relating to the transition. The Second Ugadhi Purusha will be associated more with the positive aspects of Pralaya. He will anchor many good parts of Pralaya, positive energies and many Divine characteristics. He will also facilitate new changes to manifest faster on Earth and help in striking a balance.

This will be an interesting and unique opportunity and experience. Contemplate and make a clear list of things you want to do and new projects you want to start. You can pray for these on this occasion. We can practice the following technique to connect to these Personalities and experience them.

Face North
Duration – 1 hour

Begin with 7 rounds of Pranayama with bright Golden Light

Offer your love, Light and gratitude to the two Personalities of Ugadhi. Pray for their blessings, guidance and help.

Then imagine bright Orangish-Golden Light coming from both the Personalities and allow this to fill your body. Keep experiencing.

Then extend the Light to New beginnings, New missions, Newer perspectives and keep experiencing the Light. As the Meditation progresses imagine these aspects to shine and radiate with the Light.

Repeat the mantra “Om Ugadhi Shaktiyai Adi Tejasyai Namaha” silently.
