Himalayan Mountain Peaks of Garhwal and Kumaon regions in Uttarakhand, India | Raj Kumar Khosla (Video – Hindi, with some English screen text)

In the Uttarakhand Himalayas there are:

16 peaks above 7000 m

89 peaks above 6500 m

100 peaks above 6000 m

and many more un-named peaks above 5500 m, and even above 6000 m.

PEAKS OF UTTARAKHAND HIMALAYA / PEAKS OF GARHWAL & KUMAON HIMALAYA.

I prepared this video using my more than 40 years of trekking experience mainly in Garhwal & Kumaon Himalaya of Uttarakhand.

I covered all the peaks of Uttarakhand staring from Banderpunch range in West ending at Om Parbat in East at border with Nepal. Most of the photos shown are taken by me and where ever I used other’s photo, due credit is given.

This video is made in Hindi Language with the use of English words in between. I have divided peaks of Uttarakhand Himalaya in four segments namely Western Garhwal, Central Garhwal, Eastern Garhwal and Kumaon Himalaya as per the following details.
